Season 1: Training Focus
Duration: March - August
Focus: Skill development, technique building
Season 2: Competition Focus
Duration: September - February
Focus: Competition preparation, performance
Attendance Requirements
Core Requirement
Athletes must attend at least 75% of practices during each 6-month (26-week) season.
Important Guidelines
- ✓ Check in at front desk before each practice
- ✓ Notify Head Coach for planned absences
- ✓ Holidays and sickness don't count toward missed practices
Attendance Exceptions
For absences longer than one week (May-August) or more than one practice per week (September-April), submit an Attendance Exception Request Form to the Head Coach.
Important: Missed classes will not be refunded, prorated, or credited.

Max missed per month: 3 practices
Advance/Elite Team
Max missed per month: 4 practices
